For all types of projects, we hold informational meetings to keep staff up-to-date on our approach. When we develop documentation or elearning for you, we meet with business, programming, documentation, and learning staff to learn about the product, your customers, and your business. Whenever possible, we also meet with external customers.

We hold educational meetings to discuss subjects such as development approach, writing strategies, and tips or processes for using authoring tools. One purpose of these meetings is to make sure we all understand how the project is being developed. The other purpose is to fill in skill gaps so you understand in detail how the project is being created and can maintain it when we have completed it.
